I was really impressed with the matcha latte and the flat white. I’m staying in the area and was surprised to see a capital one cafe!? Had never heard of or seen one before. I happen to have a capital one card so I was stoked to get a discount!

I had a great experience at Capital One Café and with Capital One banking overall. The café has a welcoming atmosphere that is both comfortable and modern, making it a great place to relax, work, or enjoy a coffee. The environment is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff members are professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, provide assistance, and make customers feel valued. Their excellent customer service creates a positive experience every time I visit. It was my first visit to Capital One Café, and I had not been fully aware of the range of benefits associated with my card. August, the manager, took the time to explain everything with remarkable clarity, patience, and professionalism. I was genuinely pleased to discover that my card offers such valuable advantages, but even more impressed by the level of service I received. August was courteous, attentive, and gracious throughout the entire interaction, making the experience feel both welcoming and highly professional.

I come here often because it’s a great place to work from and the coffee prices are reasonable with the membership card. Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employees often come across as dismissive and lack urgency when helping customers. At times, it feels like taking orders is the last priority. On a few occasions, drinks from my order were forgotten, and when I asked about them, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. I enjoy the space itself and hope the customer service experience improves.

It is so NICE to be a Capital One Bank customer because we get a 50% off discount in the total bill. The service are incredibly attentive and charismatic. Free WiFi, plenty of spaces to sit down and enjoy the delicious coffee that Capital One offers.
